Lemon Zesty Fish Rub
Four types of pepper give this rub a distinctive flavour. The heat of black and white peppercorns, the zing of Australian mountain pepper and the fruity notes of pink peppercorns, together with lemon zest and Halen Môn® oak-smoked Anglesey sea salt, make it a perfect combination for fish or butter.
Moroccan Style Lamb Rub
Spicy-sweet with the warming flavours of coriander, paprika and cumin and subtly flavoured with rose petals. Great for seasoning lamb and cous cous.
